Hot on the return to in-person classes, the young people in the Learning Through The Arts program at the St. Louis County Juvenile Detention Center and their teacher, Carl Overly, Jr. were asked by staff to create a holiday-themed piece as a sort of follow-up to their Let Freedom Ring performance.
The artists created a more light-hearted tale this time around: one that hits all the notes of a fun winter holiday story while still showing the personalities and hearts of the artists.
